🏡 Project: Smart Renovation of a 2-Bedroom Home

Goal: To adapt a compact 2-bedroom house for a growing family’s needs — adding functional space without a full renovation or high costs.

🔧 Design Solution:

We transformed the layout by slightly reducing the size of the main bathroom and one bedroom. This allowed us to create two additional rooms — a cozy nursery and a flexible guest room/nanny’s room.

• Reused almost all the existing furniture
• Freshened up the space with new paint on walls and doors
• Added stylish door trims and modern moldings
• Slightly reworked the plumbing layout in the bathroom for better flow
• Introduced new textiles, decorative tiles, and elegant dishware to enhance the atmosphere
