Project: Cozy Forest Cottage – A Blend of Nature & Modernity

Purpose: To design a small vacation cottage near the forest — creating a relaxing retreat that celebrates natural textures while maintaining a contemporary feel.

🌿 Design Concept:

The idea was to bring the beauty of the outdoors inside. We used natural materials, warm wood tones, and minimalist décor to reflect both comfort and modern simplicity.

🛠️ What We Did:
• Installed bold, wood-textured laminate panels on the walls to create visual warmth and movement
• Added textured plaster accents with a raw concrete effect to balance the natural wood with an urban edge
• Furnished the space with IKEA furniture, carefully selected to fit the clean lines and functionality of the cottage
• Brought in soft textiles and small decorative touches to add coziness and charm without clutter
