🏠 Project: Compact Frame House for Rental – Functional, Stylish & Budget-Friendly

Purpose: To prepare a small two-entrance frame house for rental — with a cozy, clean design, practical layout, and attractive details, all completed on a limited budget.

🛠️ What We Did:
• Painted the wooden plank floors and ceilings in a soft milky white for a bright, airy feel
• Installed a black-painted wooden partition in the kitchen for contrast and visual interest
• Used a combination of gentle pastel tones and soft greys on the walls to create a calm, welcoming atmosphere
• Customized IKEA kitchen and furniture pieces to suit the project’s aesthetic and layout
• Added window textiles, cozy throws, and elegant dishware to complete the look
• In the bathroom, we installed underfloor heating, elegant tiling, and decorative mosaic accents for a touch of sophistication
